Thomas Byers of Shelby, N. C. has come forward and put up on YouTube a five second video clip of Bigfoot running across a road in North Carolina. Byers shot the video footage on the Golden Valley Church Road, Shelby, NC on Tuesday, March 22, 2011.
The Bigfoot ran across the road and proceeded to go into the woods, according Byers. The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFO) says the video clip is fraudulent. “The costume is so bad that the cameraman had to blur the picture”, the research center explained. “YouTube is chock full of hillbilly masterpieces like this.”
But, Mr. Byers claims it was a real Bigfoot sighting and not a hoax, “It was truly one of the most amazing sites I have ever seen.” “At one point in the video it made a snarling growling sound and looked back at me” From his position approximately 15 to 20 feet away from the Bigfoot, Byers said he could listen to its snarl and pick up on its “horrid” odor. “It smelled like a cross between road kill and a skunk.
And it did not like the fact that I was there on the road with it,” he said. The beast also left behind footprints that Byers claimed established he had six toes.
On a personal note I have to say this alleged Bigfoot sighting seems like a complete hoax to me. Quite frankly anybody with half a brain or just plain common sense can see that the alleged Bigfoot is simply a man in a gorilla suit. Now just for the record I’m not saying that Thomas Byers himself is trying to hoax people because we have no direct evidence. In fact it is quite possible he himself was hoaxed by other people looking to have a little fun in Shelby, N. C.! There may be real Bigfoot sightings out in Shelby North Carolina but this one is definitely not one of them. The search for real Bigfoot evidence continues.
